What is the Application Process?

For guidance in the application process, visit the GradCAS Applicant Help Center.

  • Create a GradCAS application account at https://gradcas.liaisoncas.com. 
  • Send all information, including GRE (International applicants only) and TOEFL scores, directly to GradCAS. 
  • Send transcripts to the GradCAS Transcript processing center: 
    GradCAS Transcript Processing Center
    P.O. Box 9217, Watertown, MA 02471

International students should have their IELTS scores mailed directly to LSU Health Shreveport at the following address:
