The Zou Laboratory investigates the molecular mechanisms driving gastric cancer progression, metastasis, and therapeutic resistance. By integrating single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, patient-derived organoids, and genetically engineered mouse models, we aim to identify novel therapeutic strategies for gastric cancer.
